Legacy Program

Mrs. Miller* was a career missionary in East Africa. She used the “JESUS” film and saw its effectiveness on the mission field. After she retired, she left a gift of $25,000 in her will to reach people like those she had ministered to for so long. She was thrilled to know that she could provide a legacy gift to reach even more people for Christ.

You are invited to consider leaving a similar legacy gift through our Lasting Legacy Partner program. By participating in the Legacy program, you can leave a lasting tribute to the work of reaching unreached people—even in the toughest places—with the gospel through the JESUS film. You can even give your gift in honor of someone else.

Through this website and other reputable sources, you have likely heard about the importance of having an up-to-date will and the straightforward steps for leaving a legacy gift in your estate. For friends like you, who have so clearly demonstrated your commitment to sharing the gospel with those who have never heard, a gift through your will fulfills your heart’s values and reaches the next generation for Christ.

As a small token of our appreciation, you will receive a personalized Lasting Legacy Partner membership certificate suitable for framing. In addition, your name will be listed in the “Book of Remembrance,” on display at Jesus Film® headquarters in Orlando, Florida. (For your privacy, you have the option of being listed in the book as “anonymous” by state.)

Field research reconfirms that each dollar given to Jesus Film Project reaches between 10 and 15 people, and on average, one person receives Christ. Over the years 2015-2019, for “every second of every hour of every day,” one person received Christ. What an impact on the kingdom your gift through your will could have!

How to Get Started

Of course, your estate gift may be of any amount. In fact, when you express a commitment, you need not have determined the exact amount you plan to give, only that you will definitely remember the unreached peoples of the world through the work of Jesus Film Project® (a Cru® Ministry).
